Sepintas, patung-patung kurcaci yang menghiasi taman itu memang hanyalah patung biasa namun saat para penghuni rumah pergi, petualangan baru dimulai. Ternyata patung-patung ini punya kehidupan layaknya orang-orang yang ada di sekitar mereka. Dan saat pemilik rumah pergi, tiba saatnya untuk berpesta pora. Ala para kurcaci tentu saja.
Seperti para remaja yang gila pesta, para kurcaci ini juga selalu membuat kekacauan saat berpesta. Jadi jangan heran kalau pemilik rumah datang dan mendapati rumah mereka dalam keadaan berantakan. Itu ulah para kurcaci! Dan di tengah kekacauan pesta para kurcaci ini, ada dua kurcaci yang saling jatuh cinta. Gnomeo (James McAvoy) sangat mencintai Juliet (Emily Blunt) dan begitu juga sebaliknya.

Dennis Sullivan, an average NYC accountant is assigned to work with a wealthy young widow and her son, Jake – A boy obsessed with the televised superhero ‘Man America’. As Ray struggles to find honest work, his old bank-robbing crew, led by Phillip Larue (Corrigan), offers him one last job. He agrees at first, but changes his mind at the last second leaving the crew without a driver. Ray decides instead to serve as a chaperone for Sally's school field trip. When the robbery goes awry, Larue blames Ray and chases the school bus all the way to the Museum of Natural History in New Orleans. Ray must deal with Larue, while supervising Sally's class on what becomes one of the craziest school trips ever.

Edmund dan Lucy Pevensie, dikirim ke rumah saudara sepupu mereka yang nakal, Eustace Clarence Scrubb, untuk berlibur.
